There are many reasons why I have always had a hate-love relationship when it comes to ironing my clothes. First, it is time-consuming especially during early mornings when I am in a rush and don’t want to be bothered. Or perhaps, when I snoozed the alarm for five extra minutes. Secondly, I tend to get a fuzzy feeling after ironing a big pile of clothes. And though, I like to listen to a podcast or audible books when ironing; I sometimes don’t get the result rights. Axel, on the other hand, avoids this chore as much as I do 😀. But I think I found us a solution.
Philip Comfort Touch Steamer
For the last two months, we have been testing the Philip comfort Touch Steamer. It refreshes, my clothes, get the results right and does it in a super short time. One thing to keep in mind is that the steamer is for delicate garments — for instance, silky clothes, or any other type of garments that are difficult to iron. It works on cotton too. It is important to note that, it might not have the same effect on thick cotton. Since we got it, Axel thinks that it is convenient, easy and fast to use. I find that it safe on my clothes and removes wrinkles in seconds.
Pro and Cons
Starting with the pros’, it de-wrinkles clothes fast, refreshes clothes on the go and easy to use. The steam can be hot. So, it is crucial to make sure that you DO NOT steam your fingers. It does not give excellent results on garments with thick fabric. And thus can only be used to delicate and light fabrics.
I hope you like these pictures that Axel shot. And, in case you still wondering what to buy as a Christmas present, you now have all the reasons to grab this Philip comfort touch steamer. Can’t wait to hear what you think about it.
