I woke up this morning and realized that I haven’t written down my 2018 plans. Making plans has become a part of me, and I can’t do great without them. This year, though, I intend to jot down a short list of plans that I know I will be able to achieve them.
Plan my wedding
I can’t believe that I am months away before I get married to Axel. Planning my wedding is going to be a lot of work, but I am excited and mostly because I plan on doing a few DIY projects.
Get creative with my photography
Going through all my pictures, I notice that I shoot a lot of outfit posts for the blog. I don’t experiment that much. I shoot photos in a certain way, so this year, I will try to be more creative. Look at my object differently, shoot from different angles and trying various editing techniques.
Spend more time with Axel
As much as I love everything I do, at some point, I felt like I had too much on my plate. I would spend so much time in school, work, my photography, and blog. Just a few months ago, it donned on me that I was spending little time with Axel. And then, there are those days; I would come home so tired, I could barely talk to him. It left us in an awkward situation, so this year, I have planned to eliminate a few things and try and spend as much time with him as possible.
I slack when it comes to beauty regimes, but that is going to change this year. I’m that kind of person who consistently uses the same products over and over again. I plan to change and replace some of the products. Besides, I will be doing a mask every week. I already have a weekly reminder on my phone to make it easier.
Work on myself
Lastly, I plan to work on myself by letting go of worries, focus on my health, be positive even during stressful situations. Acknowledge small wins in my life and celebrate them. I also plan to stop complaining and instead be thankful and try to adopt an attitude of gratitude.
What are your 2018 plans? Share them below in the comments.
Thank you so much for reading!
